What is a direct issue?

Direct Issue means an issue by the Issuer of CDs to, and the taking of the related Deposits from, persons who are not Dealers and who will not become party to this Agreement, as provided in Clause 4 (Direct Issues).

What is an issuer and how does it work?

The issuer is an organization that creates an issuance solution requesting information from a user. The information is used to verify the user’s identity.
